This position is responsible for effectively managing and maintaining the vendor database for TForce Worldwide (TFWW). Ensure submissions for new and current vendors maintain appropriate internal controls that comply within TFWW Financial Policies and Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Liaison between Accounts Payable Team, Inter-Departmental Teams and Vendors; inform teams of all updates or changes in procedures, regulations, or requirements in relation the vendor database.

This position performs various administration functions in a transportation service center including responding to issues and concerns from our top LTL Carriers. A key function of the role will be to review, research and properly address all issues that may cause delays in approval and payment to our LTL Carrier. The Specialist will perform a variety of duties with multiple priorities requiring the ability to complete each process accurately and to achieve deadlines. This position works within the Station Support team and is able to step in where ever needed for the greatest overall team success.
